PITTSBURGH, January 5, 2022 / PRNewswire / – The board of directors of The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. (NYSE: PNC) has declared a quarterly cash dividend on the common shares of $ 1.25 per share. The dividend, with a payment date of February 5, 2022, will be payable the following business day to shareholders of record at the close of business January 18, 2022.

The board also declared a cash dividend on the following series of preferred shares:

• B series: a quarterly dividend of 45 cents per share will be payable March 10, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business February 11, 2022.
• O Series: a quarterly dividend of $ 973.57 per share ($ 9.7357 per Custodian share, of which 100 are Series O preferred shares) at a quarterly rate of 0.97357%, will be payable February 1, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business January 18, 2022.
• P series: a quarterly dividend of $ 1,531.25 per share ($ .3828125 per Custodian Share, of which 4,000 are Series P Preferred Share) will be payable February 1, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business January 18, 2022.
• T series: a quarterly dividend of $ 850.00 per share ($ 8.50 per Custodian Share, of which 100 are Series T Preferred Share) will be payable March 15, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business February 28, 2022.
