This expansion follows a successful pilot project at select Chartwell residences, which began in March of this year.
As part of this expanded partnership, Think’s telemedicine software will be available in Chartwell homes, providing seniors with efficient and secure access to a network of leading physicians and specialists from the comfort of their own homes. Any prescription medication a resident needs following a virtual appointment can be filled by CareRx and delivered directly to the resident the same day, reducing the need for transportation.
This innovative offer will be available at Chartwell branches in Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta. The rollout of the program will begin in September and will continue through early 2022.
